Each bespoke piece comes with detailed care instructions tailored to the materials used. Generally, we recommend professional dry cleaning or gentle handwashing (for specific fabrics). Store your garment in a cool, dry place—preferably in a breathable garment bag. If needed, we can also recommend trusted local cleaning services.

You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. You’ll then be invited for one or more fittings to ensure a perfect silhouette, comfort, and detailing. Minor alterations are included in your package to guarantee the garment fits flawlessly.
